  5. For most of my life (including adulthood), I was my Mom’s right hand woman. After she passed away, we became Thanksgiving gypsies (since we no longer traveled home). Two years ago, we co-hosted Thanksgiving dinner (at someone else’s house) for all the youth group college kids who couldn’t go home. This year, we are going to one of my brother’s house as it is my SIL’s first time to host (but we are helping with the food)!
